Raw, 100% Grass Fed dairy is loaded with nutrients and flavor that is out of this world as you can taste all of the care and effort put into making it. Vernon and his family run their small, 100% grass fed dairy here in Wisconsin and supply us with the amazing raw butters and cheeses they make right on the farm. It's as authentic as it gets! Wisconsin was dubbed the dairy state for it's natural abundant, cool-season summer grazing which results in lots of delightful, slightly sweet flavored milk.
