Nature's way is cruel. Death in the wild is ushered in by slow starvation, battles lost, by tooth, fang & claw of predators, drowning, merciless weather, dogged disease, and the list goes on. As an extension of our human responsibility, we feel we have the opportunity to not only help provide the necessary elements of a life well-lived, but, we can also completely eliminate suffering at the end of the life cycle. Â
Our zero stress field harvest means a peaceful harvest which honors the animal and preserves a better tasting, more tender meat. Is it less efficient than industrial packing houses? Absolutely. But an animal's quality of life, down to the final millisecond, is not something we're willing to compromise.
